March 5, 2021I have lived at 10700-10716 Woodbridge Street for almost 11 years. Lovely neighbors in this intimate 12-unit complex gives the place a homey and friendly feel. The apartments themselves are excellent, with gorgeous hardwood floors and big windows letting sunshine in. There is a great cottage-feel with the beautiful greenery around the whole property, including the courtyard and backyard. My experience has been nothing but amazing. The property managers and maintenance staff respond immediately to ...any requests with friendliness and professionalism. The location is fantastic...close to the 101, 134 and 170 as well as Traders Joe’s in Toluca Lake, Vons and Ralphs. Also, tons of great restaurants nearby!
