March 22, 2024Community Director comes up with a new reason to go through everyone's apartment every few months. Annual Inspection (and also mentioned her son's bike being stolen?), bathroom vent inspection, another annual inspection barely 6 months after the first one, which was the very first since I've lived here for several years.Review from Apartments.com
Rude and unprofessional
May 12, 2020I am in the Air Force reserves and was looking to relocate to an apartment in my home town so that I could be near family before my deployment. I made the mistake of applying to Woodcrest. I have never been treated as poorly, or dealt with such an unprofessional staff as I have with dealing with this apartment complex. I jumped through hoops during the application process just to be denied. When asked to speak with corporate I was given a wrong number. When I called back for the right number I ...was verbally attacked. When I asked to explain a situation I was told “I don’t care, I don’t have time to listen to you” and when I informed them that I would be calling their head office and letting them know how unprofessional they are I was told “You’re rejected! Nothing you say or do will change that. Get over it.” At this point I’m glad they rejected me because I would have hated to move there and then realized what a horrible management team they have. Listen to the several poor reviews that have been left regarding these apartments and run fast and far away from this place! Don’t even apply here. Worst apartments ever
July 5, 2019The management are the worst people to deal with. They are rude and ignorant. They will not help you. It will take weeks before they fix anything. They will hang up on you when you try to get any information from them.Review from Apartments.com
Trashy management company
March 9, 2018The worst apartment complex I ever stayed in. Gave me the run around for weeks trying to get a hold of somebody. The management is refusing to speak to me and they won’t even provide me necessary paper works to protest the false charges. They are sending me due rent bill from new tenant even though the new tenant took over my lease years ago and signed a legal document that I won’t be responsible for the new tenant’s debt.
