Do not consider moving here I have had 2 units from woodlake village and so far both units have been invested with roaches terribly bad both buildings the office has had over 3 managers in the last 3 years working here they do not do they job correctly in the office allow neighbors to destroy property and the lady in the office ghetto ratchet they have exterminators come out only treat one apartment mot all of them nothing never works leaking water from tub mold and roaches come Out from the ...

walls and cracks and sinks and bathroom tub no matter how much u keep your unit clean there are bugs gun shots every nite 6 or more rounds of gun shots they make no accountability for anything handicap residents don’t get accommodations allow neighbors to be rude and ignorant smoke door in the hall ways weed smell consistently police call all over woodlake village it looks quiet but trust me be ware

If I could give 0 I would ! I’ve been here 6 months dealing with an extreme roach infestation. I’ve had them spray every week for months and it only gets worst. I also have water leaking heavy from my bathroom, kitchen, and now bedroom closet Ceiling. It’s been leaking for 6 months I’m sure there is mold. They will give you the run around it is not worth it.

I've living here for almost 10 years on and off. This is the first year with new management and all I can say is I'm moving this year. It's gotten so bad. There's trash everywhere outside that when you walk outside it stinks like garbage. I'm infested with roaches and all they do is spray once a week and it does nothing! People knock on your door asking for rides, food, cigarettes, I get so mad I start to snap! I had to throw my couches away because the roaches have gotten bad. I asked the ...

exterminator when will they stop he said they won't Because all the buildings are infected and they need more than just a spray! I've never had this bad experience here. I hate it! When people take their trash out and the bag bust in the hallway, they just left it in the building for weeks! The laundry room caught fire 3 times this year just in my building! I can't anymore! I'm sorry but woodlake has drastically changed!

The only thing good about woodlake is that it’s low income other then that it’s messy the heat doesn’t always work when you put in a work order no one never shows , they never come to fix anything nor do they properly clean out the apartment after the old tenets move out ! There’s bullet holes in some of the apartments walls . Please don’t move here unless you are homeless!!!!

My toilet overflowed my entire stay as well as the people above me toilet overflows into my apartment they have a very bad plumbing problem the maintenance guy comes out rods the toilet and two days later the toilet overflows if you decide to move out once your lease is up they will make you look bad if a potential property reaches out to them for your rental history
