WORST PLACE TO RENT
June 12, 2017Please do not stay here there's noise all the time coming from next door, there are people jumping the fence throwing rocks at cars the gate is always broken and people just walk in whenever they please and use the pool, and they hurl garbage over the fence all the time. These instances have been reported multiple times and there is nothing ever done. A little over a week ago there were several gunshots that went off no one really feels safe here people have to put locks on their gates and use ...cameras to make sure their things aren't violated or stolen. There are always cops in and out of the complex for who knows what late at night. The gate is ALWAYS broken. One week it is fixed the next its broken. Air conditioners are 35 years old and they do not care to replace them. Save yourself time, energy and money and please do not rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not worth it
April 26, 2017The apartments are older, so you would expect maintenance to be prudent. However they take their time and do not fix things properly. My air conditioner went out several times, they would patch it up and it would break again. Cost me a lot of money in electric bills. The management company is quite poor. They try to rip you off when you leave. I was very unsatisfied with my stay there.Review from Apartments.com
