Terrible Place to Live

Beware! It will take them weeks to respond if you actually need anything. It took two weeks for them to look at our AC just to tell us they didn’t flip the on switch. It took them three months to clean our dryer duct. It took months to removed low hanging wires from the walk way and they only did it when we finally told the city. They’ll tell you they’re doing “updates” on specific days and that you have no choice. Then when you move your schedule around to accommodate, they don’t show up. That ...

will happen two to three more times until they actually start working. They charged us every time they found a way, but they took terrible care of us/the apartments. Greg who works in the office is terrible to work with. He has never once tried to help us out, he just ignores us for days and then says he can’t do anything. We were charged $700 for a paint job when moving out, when they didn’t paint before we moved in. They took all of our security deposit and charged us more and told us it wasn’t even that much money they were charging. Dog poop and drugs everywhere. Absolutely a terrible place to be stuck at.

The managers have keys to all apartments and they just open the door and walk into your apartment for pets control. Things in our apartment got stolen all the time. And they don't care if you tell them about it.
