I wouldn’t bother
June 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhile our unit was decent for the price, I would advise prospective tenants to proceed with caution. The neighborhood itself was generally fine, but our immediate neighbors frequently engaged in activities that created ongoing disturbances. There were constantly different individuals coming and going, loud noises throughout the night, and repeated disruptions. On one occasion, a neighbor even attempted to force entry into our apartment, requiring police intervention. The biggest issue, however, ...was management and communication. Before moving in, there was no disclosure regarding ongoing problems with water billing. For nearly a year, residents received no water bills at all. Despite multiple attempts to obtain answers, management could only tell us they did not know what was happening. Eventually, near the end of our lease, the billing issue was resolved and a payment plan was offered. However, after enrolling in the payment plan, management failed to properly document it and incorrectly claimed our rent payment was late. When we prepared to move due to military orders, we discovered that the lease expiration date in their records was incorrect. Management initially acted as though moving out on the date listed in our lease would be problematic. Once military orders were provided, their position changed and we were assured that applicable credits and refunds would be correctly applied to our account. Most concerning, Woodmere Trace later sent a balance to collections that had already been paid. When we contacted management and provided proof, we were essentially told they did not know why the account had been sent to collections and that we should dispute it ourselves with the credit bureaus rather than correcting their error. Their mistake has caused significant issues while applying for new housing and has forced me to spend considerable time disputing inaccurate information with the credit reporting agencies. While our apartment itself was acceptable, the lack of communication, poor recordkeeping, billing issues, and mishandling of accounts make it difficult for me to recommend this propertyRead More

January 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWorkers got a lot of attitude, can’t keep track of money can’t keep track of deposits. They changed the way you pay rent so you can only pay with debit credit or e check and all of those options have a $50 “convenience” fee, but if you want to write a check it can only be on the 5th. The work team doesn’t come out for requests. A valet trash service is offered but the trash is then never picked up so service is never fulfilled. They lost my deposit!
August 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comDon’t apply here! I applied and they accepted me. I paid the deposit & 2 days before I was suppose to move in, they called me and told me that they lost my deposit! They refuse to do anything about this and told me I would have to pay the deposit again for the 2nd time. Now I can’t move in and I have lost over $1000! The management was very rude and irresponsible and I don’t recommend applying here. It seems like they just want to take your money!

June 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have been here for about a year and my apartment has been infested with roaches since I moved in. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. Was told I could relocate in a better apartment and wasnt able to potentially view the apartment until the day of move in, which I was pissed it was last minute. When asking to break my lease I was told I would have to pay extra fees when the problem is the apartment complex not mine. There are 5 to 10 roaches I kill daily despite my apartment being ...sprayed. Also now there are huge water bugs hanging around our building. I'm just so over everything and will gladly pay a fee to leave although my apartment is not an environment to live in which give me grounds to break my lease. Also some of my sockets doesn't work and the socket covers has fallen off. I barely stay home because of these issues. December 7, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comDo not rent here. When you close out your account with Woodmere Trace, they automatically send you to deal with a collection agency for the final bill. The collection agency charges at least $40 for processing. This little bit of information is not in any of the contracts that you sign. I highly recommend find an apartment complex that charges a little bit more and has honest management.

August 20, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI used to live there a few years ago. They were under new management and doing a lot of renovations. My unit was already renovated and I loved it. Due to an unfortunate circumstance my house was flooded and we had to move into a new unit. They paid for everything though and even put us in a beautiful hotel at the oceanfront for the inconvenience. I'm hoping they have an availability so I can move back this week. You won't be disappointed.

August 18, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI like living here in a way but the walls are super thin, I hear everything upstairs and next door we live downstairs. The neighborhood is not bad but outside individuals walk through and look sketchy. Their has been frequent car break-ins which mines has been on of them -__-. Also the dumpster overflows literally every week; People park in front of the dumpster and the sanitation workers cannot get to the dumpster.
