January 1, 2026Workers got a lot of attitude, can’t keep track of money can’t keep track of deposits. They changed the way you pay rent so you can only pay with debit credit or e check and all of those options have a $50 “convenience” fee, but if you want to write a check it can only be on the 5th. The work team doesn’t come out for requests. A valet trash service is offered but the trash is then never picked up so service is never fulfilled. They lost my deposit!
August 5, 2025Don’t apply here! I applied and they accepted me. I paid the deposit & 2 days before I was suppose to move in, they called me and told me that they lost my deposit! They refuse to do anything about this and told me I would have to pay the deposit again for the 2nd time. Now I can’t move in and I have lost over $1000! The management was very rude and irresponsible and I don’t recommend applying here. It seems like they just want to take your money!Review from Apartments.com

Don't Move here
June 14, 2018I have been here for about a year and my apartment has been infested with roaches since I moved in. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. Was told I could relocate in a better apartment and wasnt able to potentially view the apartment until the day of move in, which I was pissed it was last minute. When asking to break my lease I was told I would have to pay extra fees when the problem is the apartment complex not mine. There are 5 to 10 roaches I kill daily despite my apartment being ...sprayed. Also now there are huge water bugs hanging around our building. I'm just so over everything and will gladly pay a fee to leave although my apartment is not an environment to live in which give me grounds to break my lease. Also some of my sockets doesn't work and the socket covers has fallen off. I barely stay home because of these issues. I have thought about seeking litigation help to get out my lease without paying fees.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable and accessible
September 19, 2017I enjoy living in Woodmere Trace Apts. very comforting and remotely convenient for me to access both of my jobs.I have been living here for a year now and I have customized my one bedroom nice and cozy. Horrible
December 7, 2016Do not rent here. When you close out your account with Woodmere Trace, they automatically send you to deal with a collection agency for the final bill. The collection agency charges at least $40 for processing. This little bit of information is not in any of the contracts that you sign. I highly recommend find an apartment complex that charges a little bit more and has honest management.Review from Apartments.com
I miss Woodmere!
August 20, 2016I used to live there a few years ago. They were under new management and doing a lot of renovations. My unit was already renovated and I loved it. Due to an unfortunate circumstance my house was flooded and we had to move into a new unit. They paid for everything though and even put us in a beautiful hotel at the oceanfront for the inconvenience. I'm hoping they have an availability so I can move back this week. Honest truth
August 18, 2015I like living here in a way but the walls are super thin, I hear everything upstairs and next door we live downstairs. The neighborhood is not bad but outside individuals walk through and look sketchy. Their has been frequent car break-ins which mines has been on of them -__-. Also the dumpster overflows literally every week; People park in front of the dumpster and the sanitation workers cannot get to the dumpster.Review from Apartments.com
