August 2, 2019The management of Woodrow has made improvements over the past two years, including the improvements of the apartments and appearance. Plus changing the reputation by changing the residents renting to, to improve the safety and quality living environment. Prefect for a working people to start out or over. Moldy Apartments!
January 13, 2016While the landLord will deny it, there is mold everywhere in those apartments! Shortly after moving in I became ill, and continued being so for the remainder of my time there. Everything is cheaply rigged in the apartment, and don't expect to be cool in the summer. While all bills are paid, she keeps the a/c thermostats locked at 78 degrees, and half of the time the a/c didn't work. And winter? Don't expect to be warm. She keeps that locked at 65 degrees. Oh, and did I mention they are roach ...infested? She bombs each individual unit prior to a new tenant moving in. But that just sends them to the next apartment to invade. We thought there were no roaches when we moved in. Shortly after, the neighbors moved, and we were bombarded with roaches. Just gross! BEWARE $$Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
