It’s a great location but maintenance of the apartments is below mediocre. Management doesn’t seem to care about wellbeing and comfort of their residents.

I chose Woodside East Apartments when I first moved back from Korea because of its location and friendly management team. I’ve only had the best interactions even when things were difficult the interactions were amazing the team has been very professional in the past and I really appreciated the past team. I have not gotten a chance to know the current team except for Dan who is now still in maintenance who I adore and has been very helpful in every aspect. He’s friendly, he smiles, he says hello ...
to my children, and really seems to care about what he’s doing. This makes a big difference to me when someone puts forth humanity and care especially in our current conditions. He has not forgotten how to be human and caring with his community people.

Woodside East Apartments is a great place to live. The grounds, pools, common spaces are maintained in excellent condition. The office staff are always providing opportunities for residents to meet each other by having holiday parties (including activities for the kids) and summer barbecues. Maintence are quick, knowledgeable and very respectful of my pet and myself. I’ve lived here 12 years and am happy to call Woodside East my home.
