Overpriced, Poorly Maintained

I had to move out of one of their units because it was overtaken by vermin, and property managers would not address my concerns about it. Instead, they came after me for more money after I moved out, leaving the unit in good repair and immaculately clean (despite the bugs): which cause men & my wife great distress. I would never rent from Woodside South ever again: they are greedy, and do not care about the well-being of their tenants.

These property managers are horrible. I lived there for several years, and all they did was keep raising the rent, while never taking care of maintenance requests--not even to reimburse for materials of issues I repaired myself. The last straw was the roaches that overtook the apartment that they refused to address or even acknowledge as a problem. So I moved out to a more reasonably priced apartment in the area that was better maintained. My neighbors were nice though--I can say that.
