Nice location
October 23, 2025Great location, close to stores, shopping, grocery stores. And the three years I’ve lived here. I have only had to have a lightbulb, smoke on batteries changed. And one opossum removed from the lower breezeway stairs. It’s a newer facility. They still experience construction hiccups, which is normal during a new build. Hall in all great locating great place office staff very efficient and friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and very helpful. They offer a pool (seasonal),barbecue pit, fire, ...pit, dog park, dog grooming, station, and a gym. The property has many pet stations throughout with dog waste bag dispensers for pet owners to use. Just like all apartment complexs, there will be a bad apple, that likes to leave bad reviews. Usually those evicted, in arrears too many times, or caused damage to the apartment , seem to always be the ones that leave the crappy reviews lmao.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Poor Management/maintenance
June 16, 2025The so called “gym” is disgusting. The wipe bin is never filled and no one wipes down any of their equipment. Whenever the office is contacted about issues they respond with “there’s nothing we can do”. The maintenance man constantly talks about how the apartments were just thrown together and complains about how things were built but never actually fixes the problem. Our apartment has flooded twice and we live on the 3rd floor. Rent went up and there is nothing to show for it!Review from Apartments.com
Ridiculous pricing and terrible management
October 3, 2024The rent price and the fees are not worth it to live here! I promise! Terrible terrible management of the pool (I wasn’t able to use it once) I work remotely and was often disrupted because of unreasonably loud music and people literally SCREAMING at the top of their lungs. This would happen as early as 11am and continue through closing time at 9pm and some people wouldn’t even leave at pool close time. Even noise cancelling headphones were useless. Throughout the year and a half we lived there ...someone kept smoking in a lower unit and we would come home to a smelly apartment at least a couple times a week and the leasing office didn’t do much when we called and complained. The fees to break the lease are ridiculous (yes we did sign on that but that doesn’t negate its absurdity) and you’re better off living in a cardboard box than living here! Price Increase Already??
August 25, 2024My son had this apartment complex as his #1 option for a 2 bedroom/2bath apartment. We visited at the end of March and put his name on waiting list for an apartment in October. They have already increased the cost by $200/month. Renter beware...they are price gouging and will raise your rent at a despicable rate.Review from Apartments.com
