March 4, 2022I applied with two other tenants but got denied because of one of the other tenants, which is fine. But I was told to leave a $200 holding fee along with the $25 application fees each for all three of us. Tell me why it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received the refundable $200 holding fee?! How are you going to tell me it’s going to take 1-2 weeks to get here and I have not received anything? I’m getting super irritated especially because I’m not getting any responses from the girl who showed me ...the apartment.Property Manager Responded
