Aging. Headed downhill. An example - if your garbage disposal goes out, you have to purchase a replacement yourself. Ice makers not standard in fridges. No tenant trash removal, so, in bad weather, walkers and scooters must venture out in the rain and snow. No smoking or vaping in the building but the smoking area is less than 25 feet from the building It is two benches and am umbrella Bet it was really pleasant in the recent high heat. Can't wait til January! Dogs everywhere. When ...
current management took over, a group of tenants left as soon as they could find a place. If you've been totally neutered or never want to leave your small apartment, its a great place for you.
