Came across 4 roaches since in the span of living here, haven’t seen any in 2 months everything else is solid. Would lease again heard the grass ain’t greener on a lot of other apartments at this price range

I absolutely love these apartments. My boyfriend and I are so happy here! The management is amazing and so helpful, they give out the cutest treats for some holidays, they're always available, and they take care of maintenance requests so fast. Apartments are so great and units are spacious you definitely get your money's worth. Will definitely be renewing our lease we love it here!

the apt complex is very nice and well lit which is a good thing in my book because most apts are too dark at night and it makes it feel unsafe. Not at these apartments. I also love the way our complex looks visually its very nice on the eyes. Pretty. idk man everything is nice about these apts. Maintenance came to fix a blub in less than 24 hours and i've delt with terrible maintenance before so i was nervous but this changed my whole outlook on asking for help. Would recommend this place without ...

Everything here is great and I love it. The only thing I would say is something to get used to is the parking since it’s either you pay 25 a month for a reserved spot or first come first serve.

I recently met another resident who has been living at Wyndchase for almost the same amount of time, 3 years. We agree, it’s as close to a home type living and everything is within driving distance. The office staff and maintenance crew make sure the living experience is pleasant and memorable.

Roach infested. Nothing truly done about it. I was even told I'm the only who's "complained" about roaches, yet I've recently seen other reviews reporting this issue. I've also been told that they are in the process of finding an exterminator and this has been the case for nearly two months. In other words, I've been ignored and the problem remains. I honest to God wonder if these 3, 4, and 5 star reviews are somehow influenced. I just don't get it.
