May 16, 2023I absolutely love these apartments. My boyfriend and I are so happy here! The management is amazing and so helpful, they give out the cutest treats for some holidays, they're always available, and they take care of maintenance requests so fast. April 27, 2023the apt complex is very nice and well lit which is a good thing in my book because most apts are too dark at night and it makes it feel unsafe. Not at these apartments. I also love the way our complex looks visually its very nice on the eyes. Pretty. idk man everything is nice about these apts. Maintenance came to fix a blub in less than 24 hours and i've delt with terrible maintenance before so i was nervous but this changed my whole outlook on asking for help. March 24, 2023I recently met another resident who has been living at Wyndchase for almost the same amount of time, 3 years. We agree, it’s as close to a home type living and everything is within driving distance. ROACH INFESTED
August 13, 2022Roach infested. Nothing truly done about it. I was even told I'm the only who's "complained" about roaches, yet I've recently seen other reviews reporting this issue. I've also been told that they are in the process of finding an exterminator and this has been the case for nearly two months. In other words, I've been ignored and the problem remains. I honest to God wonder if these 3, 4, and 5 star reviews are somehow influenced. I just don't get it.Review from Apartments.com
