Vindictive Lanlord
January 29, 2025The landlord's name is Susan. And if you know how apartment living is you know it is not the greatest. You have no privacy!!! Well this landlord over these apartments makes it 100x worse!! She acts like a Correctional Officer over the whole complex. She literally keeps her blinds open and stops cars coming in and out of the complex! I have even seen her checking IDs on vehicles she doesn't recognize! Susan is by far the worst lanlord I have ever met in my entire life. She is a 60 year old" ...KAREN".Property Manager Responded
August 25, 2025At Wynwood, we manage our property by being informed of guests and unwelcome guests. Unfortunately, when a resident is evicted for breaking multiple contract rules, they will say that it is not their fault and choose to blame another person. Not a Karen, but thanks for thinking that I am 60.
