  • There are better properties

    March 8, 2025
    I would look at other places because this is VERY poorly ran. The hallways smell like trash all the time and the building is falling apart. The managers do not care and they will just blow you off, if you have a problem. The complex is not really secured and you have people living in HVAC closets. You pay for pest control but that's a joke. I feel like the rodents just laugh at these people and they bring their friends.

  • Don't even bother!

    It looks good but living here makes you feel like you live on a subway in NYC!  people don't pick after their dogs! The hallways are always dirty, trash bags in the hallways before the pick up time stinks up the hallways. Some drunk people pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night 3 times so far, we had to evacuate until the police and the fire department came to turn it off, which usually took hours. Cars inside the garage have been broken into many times.  If something goes wrong in ...
    your apartment, the maintenance team is good, but the communications with the main office is always hard! Its like if you are dealing with the cable company! This month my AC went bad for the 3rd time! with this hot weather I couldn't sleep last night! I placed an order via email and a phone this morning! they said they will send the maintenance guy immediately, it has been almost 3 hours already! I put the order in for service last night! You better rent anywhere else, that is my advice!

  • BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE

    Love the property. Agents are nice people. BUT, be aware--they make it extremely difficult for a couple or two or more people to qualify to live there given that they look at an average of your combined credit scores, despite your incomes. They also make no allowances if you've had to relocate and had to break your lease in your prior city. Very inflexible and won't work with you through such challenges. ALSO--many of the reviews showing here are from their own staff or realtors--not ...
    residents. They are at 7% occupancy at the time of this posting. Be aware of that.
