Good location - poor environment

My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years. Pros: Great location, fair price, and the maintenance staff are quick to respond. Cons: Disrespectful neighbors that smoke, drink, litter, and vomit in common areas, bicycles are frequently stolen from the basement, and the leasing office is unresponsive to complaints.

Inferior Unit in decent building

The location of the building is great for me and overall the building would be ok, but I think we have the most undesireable unit in the building. We're at the ground level and I smell a musty/moldy smell in in some of the kitchen cabinets and we hardly any sunlight.
