Amazing First Apartment!

I'm very pleased with choosing this area and apartment for my very first own home. It's a lovely community, very wide range of races, friendly welcoming neighbors on move in day. Manager and staff is very understanding and when we moved in a few things needed to be fixed ex: shower head was praying water outside and over the sliding shower doors. Work orders were made and all being taken care of. Very close to light rail. Can hear it but not at all too loud. Calm lovely apartments.

I moved into these apt. solely for convenience of getting to my job every day. But I found out later that it was right in the middle of everything that I could ever need to go to. It was a block from the U.S. Post Office, Asian Supermarket, Wal-Mart Super Store, Auto-Zone and a variety of restaurants and fast foods to choose from. The Zinfandel Ranch Apts. are very hospitable. We had a lot of help moving. They are very kind and professional. They have a very comfortable swimming pool with 2 ...
barbecue pit, jacuzzi, weight room and recreational lounge. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking to move to a new location.
