April 25, 2019Pros: location with amenities like safeway, rite aid, restaurants, gas stations. quiet neighborhood, some nice people here. Cons: loud neighbors and I mean EXTREME LOUD! people dont pick up POOP! people cant throw away their TRASH IN BIN?! people park in your spot! people leave garbage in areas! people sometimes hog laundry and dryer machines! its a hit or miss!Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartment
December 28, 2017Pros: very friendly/helpful staff, walls and ceiling are decently sound-proof (compared to older complexes in the area), decent price, good amount of space, walking distance to Safeway. Cons: very cold and foggy, very bad parking if you do not pay up, airplanes constantly flying over, loud freeway nearby, rent increasing, far from BART. Overall, however, this apartment was great. If only this was walking distance to BART and the price stayed the same, it would be an amazing apartment I ...would stay long-term.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
