If you value your safety and the safety of your family don’t move in. I was a former resident and had a issue and went to the staff who took the issue as joke ,but it was serious enough to get the sheriffs involved. If I could give them a zero I would.

Lived here for a year a couldn't be happier with the place. It's reasonably priced, well kept and quiet enough to work from home. Unlike in many other apartment complexes we've never had any issues with parking, and there are always visitor spaces available for friends or family who might want to drop by. Maintenance takes care of any issues quickly and does quality work. I will be happily staying here while I save up for a house. This place is great.

When we first moved in 3 years ago this place was just ok and now it is terrible. They don't keep up with maintenance issues. We've had black mold in our bathroom. They clean and paint over it. They say to shower with the door open and that sets off the smoke detectors. This has been an ongoing issue for 3 years. The complex is run down and in major need of repairs and has several safety concerns. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office. They raise rent significantly ...
every year and have little to nothing to show for it. Some of the pictures they show for this residence is actually pictures from there nicer apartments that they own up the street. There are a lot of homeless people that hang out near the complex.

The management is incompetent and unprofessional. Theres kids yelling and screaming day and night and the parents have no regard for there neighbors. The parking area is filthy with trash.

CLEAN, MOSTLY QUIET, ATTENTIVE STAFF. BEST ASPECT IS LOCATION-ITS NEXT TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE OFFICE COULD BE OPEN MORE AND THERE'S AN OCCASIONAL SPIDER PROBLEM, BUT THIS COMPLEX IS A PERFECTLY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE, WITH NO REAL OUTSTANDING ISSUES-IF YOU CAN AFFORD RIDICULOUS SAN DIMAS PRICES.

Drove 14 miles for NOTHING!!!!!

No contact number, just office hours that do not include the lunch time. Drove all the way out there and the office was closed for lunch until 2:30. I called the number on the wall and they said they had a 1:30 appointment..... um....with who? The office is CLOSED!!!!! This place is VERY small. The pool is about a 10x12 and the outside of the complex is in desperate need of updating. $1555? I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying I love this website! It's so helpful and I always tell my family to use it! I just moved to avalonbay in San dimas. The apartments are sooo nice and big. Price is a little high but for the space plus a washer and dryer in each unit I say it's worth it. However since they are so expensive and nice I expected a little more with the upkeep. We have only been here 3 months and have had issues with the shower, screen door, and the stove many times. Also they have shut our water ...
