    After 4 weeks, I can only say great things. Quick response from Bee to maint. requests and any other issues. Maint. guys are supercool, capable and thorough. Building is kept super clean. No noise/loud partying. Beautiful courtyard. Only wish gym had one or two more pieces of equipment.

    I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced from the maintenance staff member who recently came to fix my lock. When I tried to speak with him, he shut the front door in my face mid-conversation, which was incredibly rude. Prior to his arrival, he had called me, but when I answered, he said nothing and never called back. I even reached out to the concierge to follow up, but I never heard back from anyone. What made this ...
    experience especially concerning was his attitude. He claimed that a malfunctioning front door lock wasn’t an emergency. In my perspective, especially considering the recent incidents in the LA metro area involving intrusions into unlocked homes and fatal outcomes, safety and security are non-negotiable. His dismissive response and statement that I “didn’t know what I was talking about” were both unprofessional and deeply disappointing. While the repair was ultimately completed, the attitude and treatment I received left a lasting negative impression. Frankly, I would have rather paid someone out of pocket who could not only do the job but also treat me with basic respect and courtesy. Not sure if there has been a change in management, as I’ve lived here the last 3 years but lately there have been multiple days where no responses have been given and it’s unprofessional and disappointing.

  • Dirty Hallways, Old Apartments, and a Management That’s Not Worth It.

    I want to share my experience after living in this complex for a year. Many tenants trust what management says, but once the lease is signed, the reality is completely different. From the start, my experience went from bad to worse. Minor issues became unbearable, and management, already inefficient, became unresponsive. They ignored complaints about noise at 5 a.m., dirty hallways, and security issues. Emails and complaints went unanswered. The elevators rarely worked, forcing me to carry heavy ...
    items up the stairs for days. For over $3,000 in rent, this is unacceptable. The building itself is outdated, with poorly patched walls and old appliances that drive up electricity bills. Worst of all, management overcharges tenants for supposed “repairs” upon move-out. Despite painting the apartment and leaving it in perfect condition, I was unfairly charged a painting fee. The lack of response and poor management were key reasons I did not renew my lease. If you’re considering moving here, research thoroughly. Don’t be fooled by staged photos. A bad housing experience affects your quality of life daily—don’t make the same mistake.
