This place sucks
August 16, 2015Maintenance man tried to come in our place when he thought no one was home. He knocked, my wife heard but was in bed and wasn't expecting anyone, so she just stayed in bed thinking it was USPS. Knock again, wife ignored again. Then he comes in the apartment, my wife springs up, scared, and looks to see if it's me by chance. When he saw she was there, he apologized and left. This was unacknowledged by management and the owner when I brought it to their attention. When I brought it up again some ...time later, they told me there was a water emergency and he had to come in. If that were true, he wouldn't just show himself out immediately. My dog doesn't bark at anyone, but he alwaysssss barks at that guy. It makes me wonder if he has been in here before or stolen anything, or planned to steal something. This is one of many reasons this place sucks. Also, parking is extra or not provided at all, as they rent the garages to non-residents including drug dealers. There was a drug bust at the garage directly underneath by bedroom. Horrible street parking situation. Termite infestation. Disgusting bathrooms that were simply painted over and left to chip and peel away. If we want it fixed, we need to vacate for 3 days?! I'll stop there. This place SUCKS.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not as advertised.
July 21, 2015I moved in to this complex last year, and it was advertised that it came with a fridge on their website and it would be a renovated clean renovated bathroom. The fridge became an extra charge this whole time. The bathroom was gross on move in date. The shower head and sink were rusty and old, ended up having to replace them myself because they would not. Bathtub caulking was dirty, carpet's were dirty(promised to be professionally cleaned), sliding door was broken. Even through, there is a gated ...community. Someone cleared the gate went upstairs broke the lock on my bike, and stole it. No concerns for heightened security from management. Bad experience overall, the courtyard looked nice when I took a tour. The living room looked good, but I should have done a deeper inspection. Didn't know the tub would be that bad, and that they wouldn't clean the carpets in the bedroom(like they said they would). Deposit is way high, and they just raised rent by 100 dollars. I am looking for a new place currently. Stay away if you can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
