It's small and over priced for how many square feet you get but for LA, it's a bargain I guess. Neighborhood is ok for the most part. Light gang activity couple blocks down and hookers on the other end towards Western and Venice. The building itself has a nice mix of people. The apartment I'm in happens to have a slight roach problem but I think that's just cause of it being an old building. It's over a hundred years old. All in all, nice starting point for anyone new to LA.
