It was ok until it became an inconvenience

I've been here for a year and just signed up for another year . I signed because I didn't want to move . I hate moving and this place is ok. There has been small inconveniences with certain things like the laundry room , broken washers and dryers. But they would get fixed. Another thing was the pool wasn't in use for the whole year we were here even though it was advertised. Not a big deal . But we were paying for it as part of our amenities. 5 months into resigning and now I'm not happy at all ...
. The above apartment has flooded with water 4 times leaving our apartment ceiling damaged. ( The above neighbors fault btw). And new management has only given us an option to move into another apartment. The one reason we decided to stay. here. They really didn't want to hear about our troubles. But I get it a business is just a business. It's only there to make money.

Horrible place to live/Horrible management

Not sure who has been writing the other reviews but I mistakenly moved here in April. The pool filtering has not worked properly since I've been here. My A/C has not worked properly since I've been here. Set on 72 and I'm lucky if I get 76 even in the dark hours of the AM. In fact it is 11:53PM and it is 84 degrees in the apartment now. Electric bill running at cents below $500 a month which management stated would be partially deducted from rent each month and has not happened once. There was ...
an electrical fire in the apartment below me with NO ONE living there. There are missing drawers in the kitchen, neither toilet flushes properly, and I wish I could post a video of he water pressure. Forgwt being able to yake a bath unless you run the water for at least 45 minutes if not more. Half of the plugs in the apartment either do not work or need to be replaced, the wood in the frames are rotted out so doors to include my front door do not close properly all of which have been reported SEVERAL times. The new dishwasher was not installed properly and will tip over when opened and does not dry. Bugs are a huge problem here and don't expect to get a clean apartment. There is water damage in most cabinets and counter space in the kitchen and bathrooms. The laundry facility is laughable as 4 out of the 8 dryers do not work and you never know if a washer will flood you out. The manager is rude, condescending, and uses threats to excuse what doesn't get fixed. Oh and half of the mailboxes are not usable. So if you want to move into a place that has many issues but prices that outdo most, this is the place to be!!!

I love living here, its always so clean and well taken care of! The maintenance man is amazing he is the only one here but does a better job than the three at my last apartment, the manager too, she always goes out of her way to help everyone ive seen her carrying laundry for others, holding babies, giving can foods and even waiting for a locksmith with a girl so she didnt have to stand outside alone at night! Trust me, you dont get treated like that at other apartments!

We love living in this quiet apartment community. It is nice modern apartment living with all our added amenities, our 24 hour gym, laundry facilities, & our awesome pool are the best! Jackie the manager has showed genuine concern & compassion for our community, her neighbors. I have recommended our apartment community to my family & friends.

The units are nice. Minor problems inside. Quite for a apartment building with families. They don't have any back patios or porch areas, but defiantly pet friendly. The manager is super friendly and helps you feel welcomed. Wanted to give 4 and a half stars because no washer and dryer connections but the rest wins.
