Parties are not allowed at this vacation rental. No smoking on the premises inside or outside, and fees may apply for violations. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins and follow the instructions on how to use the indoor fireplace. There is a security camera present at the property, and tampering with it is prohibited. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, supervising children at all times, and no glass allowed in the pool or pool area. HVAC rules request not setting the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).

The primary suite addition includes a fireplace and TV lounge with a sky-lit bedroom. A large primary bath features its own private courtyard with outdoor shower. The guest pool house is connected to the pool and deck by a covered patio and includes an additional living/work space, bedroom and full bath.
