The house is less than 2 mile from Mayo Clinic, U of M, and downtown, right next to walking/biking paths such as Silver Lake, Sliver Lake Foods, Grandma's Kitchen, Tacos, Starbucks, etc. This room is furnished with twin size memory foam bed, blackout curtains, desk, etc. The kitchen is furnished. Living room has TV with Netflix and Home theater couch. We do have 1 Cat and 2 Mini Golden doodles. No additional animals. Occupants have access to free on site laundry. Very clean home.
