Dogs PolicyRestricted breeds include American Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, German Shepherds and Wolf Hybrids. Breeds will be determined by paperwork provided by veterinarian. If the pet is a mix of any of the restricted breeds, it cannot be accepted.

Cats PolicyTenant(s) may not have more than two (2) cats in the apartment at any time.

Dogs PolicyTenant(s) may not have more than two (2) dogs, one (1) dog up to 80lbs and one (1) dog under 15lbs.
