We happily accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $375 per pet and monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, or all mixes of the above listed breeds. There is a limit of two pets per apartment and pets are limited by breed. A minimum pet fee of $300 per pet is due upon move in payable online or via and eMoney order. Monthly pet rent is $15 which must be paid with full rent payment using the resident online portal or eMoney order. These requirements do not apply to service/assistive animals.

The following breeds and animal types are prohibited and will not be accepted: dog breeds - Pit Bull Terriers, Chows, Dobermans, Pinchers, Rottweilers, Huskies, and any other breed generally considered aggressive or deemed aggressive by state or local officials. A pet interview may be required, and any aggressive behavior can result in denial of the pet. Aquarium pets or fish are allowed without the payment of a pet deposit; however, they are only permitted if they are exclusively aquarium pets and the aquarium is no more than 20 gallons. Exotic animals are prohibited, including, but not limited to, rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.

For the safety and comfort of all residents, we do not allow the following dog breeds (including predominant mixes): Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Pit Bull–type, Chow, Husky–type, Alaskan Malamute, Mastiff–type (including Bull Mastiff and Cane Corso), Wolf dog hybrids, St. Bernard, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier. Dogs restricted by local laws are also not permitted. The following pets are prohibited: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, Rodents, Exotic Species.
