$50 Monthly Pet Rent - Maximum of 2 pets per household. The Community will not accept any animals that exhibit any type of aggressive behavior. A pet interview will be conducted prior to move in. Either a bird cage or a fish tank not to exceed 20-gallons will be allowed in each apartment. Only domesticated, common household pets will be allowed. $20 Monthly Pet Rent - $200 Fee

$300 Fee - We will allow a maximum of two (2) pets that weigh less than 30 pounds each or one (1) pet that weighs between 31 and 75 pounds per apartment. Weight limit may apply to the weight of the pet at maturity. The pet fee is $300. Management reserves the right to restrict certain breeds. Management reserves the right to approve or deny any pet regardless of weight, height, or breed at their discretion.
