Good pizza is often like good sushi - hard to find, but for completely different reasons. The menu offers what looks like standard pizza house fare - subs, hot heros and gyros - but also offers a wide variety of pasta dinners, including calamari linguine or fettucine alfredo with shrimp. Veggie apartment-ites will have a lot to choose from including two signature vegetarian pizzas, but the focus here is admittedly more on seafood-based dishes. However, don't forget to take a look at their dessert menu, featuring a yummy key lime pie and tiramasu. What sets Steve's apart from other pizza places is the committment to using only fresh ingredients and providing a relaxed, friendly hang-out atmosphere. The staff are revered for their kind, sociable and attentive attitudes, and provide the kind of personalized attention you won't find at your local Domino's. If you don't feel like hanging out amid the bright, family-friendly decor, Steve's will deliver to your apartment and also provides a catering service. Revered by many as the best pizza in Miami, the house's specialty is their pepperoni.
