Named after famous shock jock radio personality Bill Johnson, BJ's cooks steaks, chops and other Southern favorites just like they used to back in the old cowboy days. The atmosphere just screams with Southern charm, and you're sure to met with traditional hospitality the South's famous for. When coming to Bill Johnson's, make sure to you come with a full stomach, because this is one restaurant that doesn't do small servings. Large cuts of meat, saucy barbecue, and even delicious soups and salads are the flavor of the week here, and you're not likely to go away hungry. This is kind of cooking your mama used to make, with heaping helpings of sides, and everything cooked fresh from scratch, from the country breakfasts to their USDA prime steaks.
