Both the front yard and the back yard are designed to be of low maintenance that helps preserve water. Small to medium-size pets are welcome on a case-to-case basis with a pet fee. Renter pays power (Rocky Mountain Power), gas (Dominion Energy), and water and trash (Sandy City) under their own names. Owner pays internet (Xfinity; other providers available upon request with the commensurate fee). Renter is takes care of snow removal. PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING: 1.
