Named after long time Angeleno resident and writer, Joan Didion, the Casita Didion is a tranquil, modern, and private respite with high-end amenities, fully furnished for solo or duo long-term or short-term travelers (30 days minimum) looking to be central to all the best food, film, art, nature, and shopping Los Angeles has to offer! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bed, large work station, and private west-facing yard with fire pit perfect for romantic sunsets. Casita Didion is located on a 6,000 square foot private residential property. Our family lives in the main house and will keep to ourselves unless you need help with anything! Casita Didion is a permitted ADU studio newly renovated in 2020. Your studio has a private entrance via the driveway along with a designated parking spot in the driveway. Our property is entirely fenced, covered in beautiful mature foliage trees and vines. You will also enjoy your private backyard which faces west, perfect for sunsets, and is equipped with a small wood fire pit. Guests have access to the entire Casita, it's private backyard, and the shared driveway parking. Guests will have access to high speed internet and all of our preferred streaming tv subscriptions that are hooked up to the flatscreen and Amazon Fire Cube. Although we live in the main house, we are busy bees, often out of the home during workdays and off on adventures on weekends. We are always available via phone calls or texts and will be available to help with anything you need! We'll make sure to support your privacy and keep to ourselves otherwise! This modern, relaxing studio features the following high-end amenities: -Goose-down comforter and organic cotton linens -Down Queen mattress -Amazon Fire Cube equipped with premiere streaming apps: Criterion Collection Mubi Amazon Prime Netflix Hulu -Large work station -Firepit -Organic cotton terry robe -sleep masks -Necessaire body products -Captain Blankeship hair products -Curated selection of LA-inspired novels and literature Would consider removing furniture for year long tenant.
