The house, licensed by the city, is locally owned and managed by the Schneider family (serving Lawrence tenants for 40+ years). Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor). All applicants must have at least 3 years of consecutive rental history otherwise the applicant is required to have a Guarantor. The apartment has a high efficiency furnace, and central air conditioning. It has 2 off street parking spaces, a private entrance (on the side of the house), and a small private deck. It is on a quiet, bricked, one block street between 13th and 14th Street. “One block street” means that can only be gotten to from 13th or 14th Street (it’s not a straight through busy street like Kentucky or Tennessee Streets).
