Shower room is between the two baths. Clothes closets in each bath. Wonderful trade winds, ceiling fans, and air conditioning if you ever need it. Harbor View Plaza is a single-load building which means it is only one condo deep, so the trade winds flow directly through the unit. Lanai for morning coffee or cocktails as the sun goes down. Enjoy fantastic views of the yacht harbor, ocean, sunsets and Friday night fireworks. It's a gorgeous condo and close to everything. Unobstructed ocean and yacht harbor view. Condo is on the ninth floor of Harbor View Plaza so looking out at the view, including palm trees, rather than down at it from a high rise. Harbor View Plaza is the first building in Waikiki on Ala Moana Boulevard, just across the Ala Wai Canal from Ala Moana Center. The building is on busy Ala Moana Boulevard, but the entry is on Ala Wai Boulevard. where it dead ends. Excellent location, easy in and out of Waikiki. Bus stop just over the canal. Honolulu’s Wiki bikes just up the street. Great credit required. We charge a $30 fee to check credit. Security deposit is $3500. Rent includes parking in garage for one car. (A second garage parking place is available for an extra monthly fee of $150.) Six-month lease, minimum at $3500 per month. All utilities (WiFi, HD cable, electricity, water, trash) are included in the rent, except tenant pays any electricity charges over $100 per month. Tenant pays the monthly excise tax (4.5%).
