Utilities: Tenants pay $150/month toward (gas) heat bill. Water/sewer is included. Off-street parking spaces with permit included. Parking lot in front of building. (Snow plowing of parking lot is included). Coin-operated laundry machines in lobby. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, Stone Church, and UNH shuttle bus stop. Non-smoking building. Cats are ok. * * * Sorry, we cannot take Section 8. * * * First month’s rent plus security deposit, and background check required upon move-in.
