Take a dip in the ocean, lounge by the pool, observe the abundant local wildlife, play a round at nearby Harbour Town Golf Links or one of Hilton Head's 23 championship golf courses and there are also a nice public tennis / pickle ball courts a short bike ride down Cordillo Parkway! No matter what activities you enjoy on the island, you'll love coming home to our secluded island getaway. Enter through the front door to find a spacious living room/kitchen. Use the fully-stocked kitchen with marble countertops and appliances to channel your inner Top Chef. After dinner, cozy up on the couch and stream your latest show. The sofa folds underneath out to a queen size bed (cushions stay attached to sofa so no storage concerns for cushions). Sleep like a baby on the king size memory foam mattress in the master bedroom.. You can pack light knowing that you have your own washer/dryer in the villa. Parking is first-come, first-served. About 10 days before your arrival, I will message you with: 1) Check-in details 2) A users guide with all the info you will need and my favorite activities and restaurants Other things to note Please remember you are staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note that nobody is living on-site 24/7. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - All guests must be 25+ except for a child with a parent - 2 people max (sorry no non humans). There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. No late checkout or early check-in. We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and paper towels but you need to purchase additional consumables if you need them. Your linens and towels were washed prior to your entry so you may need to wash them if the need arises during your stay. Please no bicycles on the deck or stair well as there is a bike rack near the pool for your purpose. The advertised lease rate is based on 3 month lease lease. Shorter lease agreements may be considered. Refundable damage deposit is one months rent. Minimum credit score is 690. All leases must be pre-paid at the time of reservation
