Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis with additional deposit and pet fee. No cat allowed. Seeking tenants paying rent on time and treats the place as if it was his/her own. Renter(s) should have verifiable household income of at least $5,085 per month (before tax), a credit score above 600, two references available upon request, proof of no criminal background. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the premises. Deposit: Security deposit is one month rent ($1695), plus last month of rent ($1695) if tenant's credit score is below 700.
