There is a small laundry room with new washer and dryer. The house also comes with a garage for storage and side patio for outdoor relaxation. On the other side of the house there is a small patio outside of the house where the backdoor is. The house is sharing one single lot but each house has its own entry and is on a different street. If you don't have any you will need to purchase it before the lease is given. 5) Last two pay stubs or pay statements. If you work freelance provide the most current paystubs you have. 6) Phone numbers to current and even former landlords if possible. 7) A list of all your debt obligations and the amount you owe as well how much you pay monthly to debt obligations. I will take all this information into consideration so that I can see what your financial picture looks like and decide based on your overall financial status. I know that the list of requirements may be extensive but this is the only way I can really determine the best tenant for the property moving forward.
