Hidden Surprises -- Vintage 1929 Craftsman - House for Rent -- 3200 E. 7th - a short walk to Union Park and Captain Roys, bike trails, etc. The home has lots of woodwork and a really cool retro high end 1950's period kitchen - with all appliances, new red linoleum flooring, etc.. Picture molding throughout... and hardwood floors - all being restored after current tenants move out. Bye bye carpeting.... Not showing in pictures yet. 2 car garage has garage door openers, extra storage in the loft and a built on gardening shed Newer furnace and central air. Cool vintage bathroom. Nice sized dining room with lots of character and large enclosed back porch. The home also has an outdoor patio behind the home. The family room has a vintage artificial fireplace - that is good for ambiance with built in bookcases. Basement has been finished to have the breakaway Italian plaster look - with recycled milk carton ceilings - more cool features... .... Not going to find another house like this one.... (sorry the house pictures are many of the restoration pictures that I had on my computer.
