Offsite parking for 1 vehicle at $250 per month (plus $250 parking security deposit). One small dog or cat OK, subject to approval ($50 pet fee per month plus there is a $500 non-refundable pet fee). The square footage listed is approximate. Tenant pays all utilities. 12- or 24-month lease offered. No fee. Brokers, please collect your own fee.
