Additionally, the spare bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed and has a great corner area for a desk to make it an office, or even a recliner for a nursery. The full bathroom on this floor was recently renovated to notably include a large soaking tub, new tile in shower and floors, new toilet and fixtures. The removable shower wand and shower head both have filters set up for removal of hard water (to be maintained by tenant if they wish to continue the benefits!). Snow & Landscaping Maintenance is managed by the HOA so you won't have to do it, except possible occasional walkway snow removal. The landscaping company tends to prioritize the streets/driveways over walkways, but will do normally do all.
