This unit is one of a kind. It’s on the side of the main house, and you have your own private entrance through the back by the garage. It also has an adorable brand new barn door as your front door, full and private bathroom with large shower, and your own small but quiet and private studio bedroom that can fit up to a queen. There is a built in Closet for your clothes and a built in sink with countertop space as your mini kitchen. Note: The sink and faucet has been greatly updated from the picture you see. It is now a full size sink with a beautiful brushed nickel oversize faucet with sprayer. Use the Microwave and hotplates provide for cooking, or bring your own… and we put a mini fridge underneath the countertop as well, or use the private (all yours) full size fridge in the garage next to your door (not pictured but pix coming soon). All utilities are included and internet too. So the $1725 you pay includes everything! I included pictures with furniture to give you an idea of the space, but the place can come either furnished or unfurnished as you like. This space is adorable, but it is not for everyone, so please read this ad carefully before replying. This space is not for someone who loves to cooking and needs a regular kitchen and it is not for someone who has lot of furniture or needs a lot of space. However, there is plenty of storage space on property outside the unit (i.e: fishing gear or surf board or whatever you like). And if you value serenity, love horse country and/or just need a small, safe, affordable, cute, cozy and happy place to live with great energy, then this may be just the spot for you! Offered at $1725 and 1st and last month plus a $500 security deposit due at signing. We are pet friendly as well, so although the place is quaint, a cat or a small/medium sized dog (well mannered please) would be fine. :) There is even a large fenced yard and dog run on property for you to enjoy all to yourself if you do have an animal. There is also fully gated (but not covered) parking for up to 2 normal sized cars, and there is laundry just inside the main house, so we can coordinate your use of that as well. This is a great place as long as you are fine with cozy quarters. There are friendly horses on property too (down the hill in the very front) and lots of riding, biking and walking trails nearby, if you so desire. Its a beautiful, quiet, and lovely neighborhood to enjoy no matter what your interests... The beauty of Old Agoura is truly one of a kind.
