Sherman Heights location is fantastic - walkable to Golden Hills, Petco Park, Balboa Park, City College, the Gaslamp, the Barrio, and some of the best food around! Quick access to 94, 5, 15 and 75. Did I mention the gorgeous 180-degree view of downtown San Diego from the top floor? What a beautiful city we live in! And last but not least, I'm a great owner!!
