Three bedrooms are upstairs, including one with floor to ceiling shelves (shown in photos as being used as a library/tv room, by one former tenant). Second floor laundry room with new appliances, right next to the beautiful wood staircase to the first floor. The huge backyard and wonderful deck, with gated driveway leading to a 2-car parking pad, is an added plus. On street parking is also available. Sherman Heights location is fantastic - walkable to Golden Hills, Petco Park, Balboa Park, City College, the Gaslamp, the Barrio, and some of the best food around! Quick access to 94, 5, 15 and 75. Did I mention the gorgeous 180-degree view of downtown San Diego from the top floor? What a beautiful city we live in! And last but not least, I'm a great owner!! (I come with references ) I live locally. I'm looking for excellent tenants and will treat them with fairness and professionalism - I've been a property owner for various homes for 20+ years and never had an issue that wasn't easily resolved.
