About the unit: My home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private detached 2 car garage. I am renting out one bedroom that will share a bathroom between one other person. I have one small dogs who are 13. She is quiet side but will bark when she hears loud sounds. She is friendly and get along with other small dogs and cats. I am kind, a little introverted, very chill, and no nonsense. I like to go camping, reading, play video games, cooking/eating/ordering Door Dash, 420 and binge watching Netflix. About the complex: This is a quiet, safe, and welcoming gated community. Most of the people who live here are on the older side. There are tennis courts, community BBQ, pool and lush landscapes. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the SJSU campus. Minutes away from downtown.
