All utilities and WIFI included · Private entrance by a side door next to the yard with stairs to the 3rd floor. · Contains one large room with a separate kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, stove top, combination microwave and oven, and counter space. · Separate sitting area, a desk facing the windows, and a sleeping area with a queen bed, (air mattress for 1 guest must be reserved), · The 450 square feet · All utilities, Cable TV, HSI, window AC, linens and kitchen supplies provided. · Conveniently located, 1 block from Washington Square, with wonderful restaurants and shops, including our favorite European bakery and sandwich shop. · Subway just 15 minutes to downtown Boston, 10 minutes to Boston University and the Longwood Medical area, and 10 minutes to Boston College in the opposite direction. · PS: Your hosts speak French, Spanish, Danish, Russian, and Polish. 1 block to Beacon St subway green C line. 5 blocks to Commonwealth Ave subway to BU or BC. Bus #65 to Longwood Medical area at Washington and Bartlet.
