This model is right across the street from the main pool, gym, shuffle board courts, activities center and so much more. 2 bed 1.5 bath designer fully furnished home. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, cups, plates, wine glasses, cooking utensils, blender and much more. High Speed internet. Owner pays - Water, sewer, internet, TV, garbage. Renter pays - electricity/gas Self Check in / No-contact check in services if desired. Rigorous cleaning standards applied between each renter. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Easy free-way access (I-10 Interstate). 10 minutes to Costco, Fry's grocery, Safeway and Walmart. On site at Voyager Resort is a beauty shop/barber shop, Fat Willy's bar/restaurant, post office and small convenience store. Park Model with Arizona room made into a master suite with 1/2 bath. 50 inch smart TV and love seat in Master. Gas grill. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed. Large living room with flat screen smart TV and leather sofa. Tons of storage and closet space.
