The only difference is that it has a shared bathroom and shared laundry in a separate room. Outside there are two private entrances to the large room one at the 25-ft wide front balcony of the house, and the other at the hard side deck which is 24 feet by 16 feet and that deck is shared with the bedroom in the back that's also for rent Inside there's an interior door connecting to a hallway which runs to the large private shared bathroom in the back of the house with the full size bathroom shower, brand new power flush toilet, full size vanity sink with a private door for the person staying in this room and another private door in the vanity for the person staying in the small bedroom in the back, and a shared laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The utilities are $200 per month including reasonable use of electric, water sewage garbage collection and internet wi-fi. There's an air conditioner installed and a smart TV is available.
