Trash removal Utilities Cable tv High speed internet Fully furnished Located at island view cottages 853 east front st. Traverse city MI On west grand traverse bay just a short walk from downtown. Not a formal lease but we require one months security deposit and you would forfeit that if you left before the end of April. $150 non-refundable cleaning fee The security is due upon reserving the unit. One bedrooms, one bathrooms with shower. Full kitchen . Fully furnished Bedroom with queen bed, living area with a sleeper sofa NO PETS. Some acceptions could be made depending on the pet and there would be an extra cleaning fee and security deposit Absolutely no smoking inside.
