There is a newly added washer/dryer stack unit. The bath is off the bedroom and has a stall shower. The bedroom will take a full or a queen size bed with a split box springs. There is a tight turn in the stair case, so only a full size box sprigs will make the turn and a love seat couch. (Please note a full size couch and a queen size box springs will not make this turn.) Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. References and security deposits are required. Nonsmoking units. Application fee is $100, upon approval $60 goes towards your deposit!

Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. There is a double closet with sliding mirror doors and a nook for a dresser. There are lots of windows and a window air conditioner. The bathroom is off the kitchen. Application fee is $60, upon approval $40 goes towards your deposit! Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed.
